Our capacity for skating sessions has been reduced from 240 people down to a maximum of approx 50 people in the venue at any one time. Please book in advance for any sessions you wish to attend to avoid disappointment of turning up to find we are already at our reduced capacity. You can book via our website.
When booking we will need to take a contact name and phone number for track and trace purposes, these details will be destroyed after 21 days of you attending our venue. We also have a QR NHS Poster for track and trace.
Please bring your mask with you for entry, indoor public areas & ordering food & drinks.
You DO NOT need to wear a mask while skating, eating & drinking.
You DO NOT need to wear a mask in the new outdoor seating areas.
We have installed signage from entry, all around the rink to exit. Please read and follow all signage and please ensure all children are supervised and understand too
Just a friendly reminder that the adult accompanying all young skaters are responsible for ensuring our new safety measures are followed.
Please use the hand sanitizers which you will see on arrival and around the venue.
Please maintain social distancing whilst in the venue, where possible please stay 2 metres away from other customers or at least 1 metre + if not possible.
We have a one way system in place for entering and leaving the venue, please enter through the usual main door of the venue and leave through the big door in the cafe, staff will be on hand to point you in the right direction and there will be tape on the floors to highlight social distancing spaces.
Any adults accompanying children on any of our sessions, please be reminded that they are your responsibility. You must supervise them throughout the sessions with regards to social distancing.
We have introduced a range of new health and safety measures that seek to reduce the risk associated with the presence of COVID-19. These additional health and safety measures are in line with government advice and the requirements of local health authorities.
